Select the date for which you want to search routes. The calendar shows only those days for which timetables are available. Timetables are provided for approximately one month from the current date.
Traffic alerts provide information on disruptions in tram, metro and Suomenlinna ferry traffic that cause delays of over 15 minutes. In commuter train traffic, alerts are issued for delays of over 15 minutes affecting several train services. More...
You can set an additional stop (via point)in which case the Journey Planner will first calculate the route from the place of departure to the via point and then to the final destination. Give the time spent at the via point as minutes.
Transfer margin refers to the time calculated for changing vehicles. If you reduce the margin, you may find a faster transport connection but at the same time, you increase the risk of the connection not working out in practice.
In the default route type aims at finding a fast connection with reasonable walking distances and number of transfers. In the fastest route type, the aim is to find the fastest route at the given time (not absolutely fastest). If you select ‘Least transfers’ as your route type, the number of transfers will be minimized, whereas choosing 'Least walking' will minimize the total walking distance.
By unchecking the appropriate box you can exclude transport modes from the search.
By specifying a fare zone you can tailor the Journey Planner to suggest only journeys within the zones covered by the ticket.
